The TouchBright illumination system, offers up to 5 excitation wavelengths (UV, Blue, Green, Red and Amber) for fluorescence imaging and a white LED for transmission illumination. The ability to rapidly turn on and off the LED’s eliminates the requirement to use mechanical shutters. All 5 wavelengths can be delivered by a single liquid light guide.
